Meeting Minutes – Hanson Town Hall

Members Present: Donald Howard, James McGahan, Kenny Mitchell, William Scott & Bruce Young
Members Absent:
Others Present: Executive Assistant Meredith Marini
7:01 p.m. Chairman Young called the meeting to order, led the Pledge Allegiance. He read the announcements and upcoming meeting schedule.
II EXECUTIVE SESSION – Chairman Young announced that Board would be going into Executive Session to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel regarding the Town Administrator’s contract. The Board will only to return to open session only to adjourn.
So Moved by Scott, second by Howard. Roll Call Howard aye, McGahan aye, Young aye, Scott aye, Mitchell aye. Voted 5 - 0
7:05 p.m. Brief Recess
8:16 p.m. Returned to open session
III ADJOURMENT
MOTION by Howard, second by McGahan to adjourn. Voted 5 – 0
